Catering at Baptist House - 'simply better'

 
Welcome to the Restaurant from myself Melanie Hodgkinson, Chef Manager, and all the team.

Connect Catering, the family owned company that runs the catering contract at Baptist House, was formed in 1989 by John Herring. The progressive forward thinking company works with a passion for fresh food and quality of service.

 
With our client and delegates in mind we produce a varied daily menu choice including two main hot dishes and a vegetarian option or a variety of salad choices.
We believe food should be uncomplicated and, simple - perfectly suited to the fine fresh produce we use to prepare our meals. Where possible we use produce from FairTrade sources out of choice. You can rest assured your delegates will be treated to a first-class dining experience.
 

Ranging from healthy robust lunches to more extravagant dinners all our menus are created with style and imagination.

Our restaurant normally functions as a self service restaurant with seating for up to 60. There is a choice of 2 hot main courses or a salad bar and a choice of hot or cold sweets. Coffee is provided after lunch and at morning-coffee time. Tea can be arranged during the afternoon.

 

Lunchtime is either 12,30 pm or 1.30 pm by arrangement, Morning-coffee is normally 10.30 and afternoon tea at 3.00 pm. We would be happy to discuss timetables to suit your needs.

There is a wide choice of meals available and we would be pleased to discuss and consider any request. Typical menus are available but special requests have to be specifically ordered in advance.
